12 South
Our 12 South Project is a perfect blend of aesthetics and privacy. My client needed a more functional backyard space and privacy from close neighbors. Due to the configuration of the lot and a drainage issue that wasn’t addressed before building - We added so many features that are unseen, including a drainage system, irrigation, and footers for a future project. The aesthetics of this project are gorgeous. The beautiful stain on the horizontal fencing, gray black Trex decking, black railings, coordinating color landscape rocks, and concrete patio truly made #AHowseAHome for my clients.
We are thrilled with how our side/backyard project turned out with Krysta’s oversight and management of all the work! Our project involved so many aspects that need a strong competent Project Manager who could translate our vision and make it real! In addition, she also needed engage with our neighbors on all sides of our backyard throughout the process. Her communication regarding on-going work, what was coming up next and challenges was amazing. I cannot say enough about the Krysta and her construction team (led by Daniel). I will use her again when we move onto our next project.
